The development of electronic components

The first generation of electronic products is based on electron tubes. At the end of the 1940s, the world’s first semiconductor transistor was born. It was quickly and easily applied by various countries in a small, lightweight, power-saving, long-life, and so on. It replaced the electron tube in a wide range. In the late 1950s, the first integrated circuit appeared in the world. It integrated a number of transistors and other electronic components on a silicon chip to make electronic products more compact. The rapid development of integrated circuits from small-scale integrated circuits to large-scale integrated circuits and ultra-large-scale integrated circuits has led to the development of electronic products in the direction of high efficiency, low consumption, high precision, high stability, and intelligence.
