The shape of the taillights is also moving towards alienation and integration. According to the application, the car LED lamp can be divided into two types: light distribution lamp and decorative lamp. The light distribution lamp is suitable for the function of instrument indicator light backlight display, front and rear turn light, brake indicator light, reversing light, fog light, reading light, etc. Aspects; decorative lights are mainly used for car light color conversion, from the inside and outside of the car beautification. In recent years, with the resolution of some automotive LED brightness problems and the cost reduction, its application has increased. Common in the country: Honda Accord, Nissan Teana, Crown, Reiz, Cadillac series, Buick Rong Yu, etc. have adopted LED taillights.
Compared with traditional light bulbs, the advantages of LEDs are:
Â·Lighting without delay, response time is faster, traditional bulb bulb has a delay of 0.3 seconds to prevent rear-end collision
Â·Strong seismic performance
Â·High luminescence purity, no need for lamp cover filtering, light wavelength error within 10 nm
Â·The heat of luminescence is very small, and the heat resistance of the luminaire material is not very high.
Â·The beam is concentrated, it is easier to control, and it does not need to be concentrated by the reflector, which is beneficial to reduce the depth of the lamp.
Â· Low power consumption, when the brightness of the traditional light bulb is the same, the power consumption is only 6% of the traditional light bulb, saving electricity and saving fuel.
Â·Long life, no filament structure, no heat, normal use for more than 6 years
Â·The vehicle control circuit is not easy to oxidize
LED (Light-Emitting-Diode) is a semiconductor that converts electrical energy into visible light. It changes the principle of incandescent tungsten filament illumination and energy-saving lamp trichromatic toner illumination, and uses electric field illumination. According to analysis, the characteristics of LED are very obvious, long life, high luminous efficiency, no radiation and low power consumption. The spectrum of the LED is almost entirely concentrated in the visible light band, and its luminous efficiency can reach 80 to 90%. Comparing LED with ordinary incandescent lamp, spiral energy-saving lamp and T5 trichromatic fluorescent lamp, the results show that the luminous efficiency of ordinary incandescent lamp is 12lm/W, the life is less than 2000 hours, the luminous efficiency of spiral energy-saving lamp is 60lm/W, and the service life is less than 8000 hours, T5 fluorescent lamp is 96lm / W, life expectancy is about 10000 hours, and white LED with diameter of 5 mm is 20 ~ 28lm / W, life can be more than 100000 hours. Some people also predict that the future LED life limit will be infinite.
