Huaneng Power International Co., Ltd. Zuoquan Low Calorific Value Coal Power Generation Project Prophase tendering for the provision of regional logistics services has met the conditions for tendering. The project is now undergoing a public tender for the use of a post-qualification review method. Tender announcements are now issued and interested bidders are invited to participate in the tender .
1. Project overview and scope of tender
1.1 Service Location: Cold King Township, Zuoquan County, Shanxi Province;
1.2 Project Overview: Project Overview: This project is a 2×660MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical low-calorific coal-fired power generation unit. The project is located in Hanwang Township, Zuoquan County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province.
1.3 Bid Division and Tender Scope: This bid is divided into 1 bid section. The main contents of this bid invitation are: responsible for on-site construction of office buildings, meeting rooms, leadership offices, duty rooms, public rest rooms, canteens, Cleaning and maintenance of public areas and other areas, canteen operations, and cleaning and maintenance of the health area at the entrance of Linjian District (the length is from the 207 national road to the east side of the dry river bridge, and the width is from the road to the area inside the building wall). 1.4 Service period:
Planned date of entry: January 1, 2017. Service period: This contract will be effective from the date of signing the contract. The contract period will be two years, including the trial period of three months.
1.5 Quality Objective: To meet the service requirements and industry standards proposed by the tenderer.
2. Bidder qualification requirements
2.1 The bidder must have an independent corporate legal person qualification and hold a valid business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce (Requirement: Registered capital of 5 million yuan or more, and the business scope of the business license must include the contents of catering management and property management) .
2.2 Performance requirements: In the past three years (January 2013 up to now, the time of signing the contract shall prevail) at least two catering service performance or property service performance. (Requirements: (1). The service time of each performance is at least one year, and the contract value of each performance is at least RMB 1 million; (2) The performance includes at least one catering industry service performance, and the performance provided shall be accompanied by the contract. Copies or scanned copies of the performance, otherwise it will be treated as invalid performance).
2.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Commonwealth.
2.3 Legal persons, other organizations or individuals that have a stake in the tendering party and may affect the fairness of the tender may not participate in the tender.
2.4 The unit responsible person is the same person, different units that have a controlling or management relationship, and may not participate in the bidding of the project at the same time.
