Second, qualified bidders
1 With independent corporate legal person qualification, corresponding business scope
2 Registered capital requirements: ≥¥10 million;
3 With GB/T19001 or ISO9001 quality system certification;
4 The equipment agency must provide the manufacturer's authorized agency certification document;
5 With D1, D2 pressure vessel manufacturing license, D1, D2 pressure vessel design license, safety production license;
6 Has the performance of related chemical production industries in the past 2 years.
The project does not accept the consortium bid.
Third, to obtain the tender documents method:

The information provided by the bidder shall be consistent with the qualification document in the bid document. The qualification of the bidder shall be decided by the bid evaluation committee.
(4) The selling price of the bidding documents is RMB 500 per copy and will not be refunded after sale.
