For instance, the "Digital Dunhuang" project allowed him to explore the ancient caves virtually, without ever leaving his home. He further explained that in the future, technology will play an even greater role in deepening people's understanding of culture. Internet culture, he noted, is interactive and diverse, unlike traditional one-way communication models.
