The main structure and working principle of a rubber sand mixer are essential for understanding its functionality and performance. The device is composed of several key components, including a two-speed motor, a sanding box, a transmission box, a main shaft, an eccentric seat, mixing blades, a stirring pot, a base, a main column, support, and a program controller. The motor drives the system through a connecting sleeve, transferring power to the worm gear inside the transmission box. This power is then transmitted to the main shaft via a worm wheel and a set of gears, which helps reduce the speed. As the main shaft rotates, it causes the eccentric seat to turn, which in turn moves the mixing blade. The blade also performs a rotational motion around a fixed ring gear using planetary gears located at the top of the blade shaft. Meanwhile, the stirring pot and support are rotated and locked by the eccentric groove. Once the sand is added, the machine can either automatically or manually perform the sanding process, with the handle used to lift and position the stirring pot.

Installation of the machine is straightforward. Since there is no built-in lifting device, it can be manually transported. For installation, simply place the unit on a flat cement platform and lay a 5-8mm thick rubber mat underneath to ensure stability and reduce vibrations.

To operate the machine, first connect the power socket. When the red indicator light turns on, it indicates that the power is successfully connected. Then, plug the program controller into its corresponding socket. The digital display should show zero. Next, fill the sand tank with 1350 grams of standard sand, the stirring pot with 225 grams of water and 450 grams of cement, and place the pot in the positioning hole of the support. Rotate the pot clockwise until it is securely locked. Adjust the handle so that the pot is in the correct working position. The operation can be done manually or automatically. In automatic mode, switch the toggle switch 1K to "Auto" and press the start button on the program controller. The machine will automatically perform a sequence: low speed for 30 seconds, followed by another 30 seconds of low speed, then automatic sanding, high speed for 30 seconds, stop for 90 seconds, high speed for 60 seconds, and finally stop. The entire cycle lasts 240 seconds ± 1 second. After completion, move the handle down, turn the pot counterclockwise to release it, and remove it from the machine. In manual mode, switch the toggle switch to "Manual," and control the rotation speed and sanding time as needed using the respective buttons.

Regular adjustment and maintenance are crucial for ensuring the proper functioning of the machine. Before leaving the factory, the gap between the mixing blade and the pot is set to 3±1mm. If further adjustments are needed, loosen the adjusting nut, rotate the blade to adjust the clearance, and then tighten the nut again. For maintenance, keep the work area clean and thoroughly clean the mixing bowl and pot after each use. Dry them and cover them to prevent dust accumulation. The transmission box contains worm gears, gears, and bearings that require lubrication with grease every three months. Additionally, check the gearbox cover periodically and apply oil to the guide rails between the support and column once a year. Clean the unit, refill with grease, and ensure all moving parts are well-lubricated. If metal noises are heard during operation, check the blade-pot gap. Handle the stirring pot carefully to avoid deformation. Lastly, regularly inspect the electrical insulation. At a temperature of 20°C ± 5°C and relative humidity between 50% and 70%, the cold insulation resistance should be at least 7 MΩ.
