Welding robot daily maintenance and maintenance - Solutions - Huaqiang Electronic Network

LC03-3.3 SOP8 TVS Static Protection 3.3V

I. Daily Inspection and Maintenance

1. Wire feeding mechanism: Check if the wire feed force is stable, inspect the wire feed tube for any damage, and ensure there are no abnormal alarms.

2. Gas flow: Confirm that the gas supply is consistent and sufficient for the welding process.

3. Torch safety system: Verify that the safety protection functions of the welding torch are working properly. Never disable the safety features of the welding gun.

4. Water circulation system: Ensure the cooling system is operating correctly to prevent overheating.

5. TCP Test: It is recommended to run a test program after each shift to check the accuracy of the tool center point (TCP).

II. Weekly Inspection and Maintenance

1. Clean the robot joints and moving parts to remove dust and debris.

2. Check the TCP accuracy to ensure it aligns with the expected position.

3. Inspect the lubricant level in the robot’s joints.

4. Confirm that all robot axes are at their correct zero positions.

5. Clean the filter located behind the welder tank.

6. Clean the air inlet filter to maintain proper airflow.

7. Clear any blockages from the torch nozzle to avoid water flow issues.

8. Clean the wire feeding system, including the feeding wheel, pressure wheel, and guide tubes.

9. Inspect the hose bundle and wire guide for wear or damage. It is advised to remove and clean the entire hose bundle using compressed air.

10. Verify that the torch safety system is functioning and that the emergency stop button is operational.

III. Monthly Inspection and Maintenance

1. Lubricate all six axes of the robot using white grease (Lubricant No. 86E006).

2. Apply butter to the RP positioner and RTS rail grease nipples (Lubricant No. 86K007).

3. Add conductive grease (Lubricant No. 86K004) to the blue grease fittings on the RP positioner.

4. Lubricate the needle roller shaft of the feeding roller with a small amount of grease.

5. Clean the gun assembly and refill the air motor lubricant using standard oil.

6. Use compressed air to clean the control cabinet and welder unit.

7. Check and replenish the coolant in the welder tank (use pure water mixed with a small amount of industrial alcohol).

8. Complete all weekly maintenance tasks in addition to the above steps.

IV. Responsibility and Documentation

The operator is responsible for performing all scheduled maintenance tasks. Each maintenance session must be documented thoroughly. In case of equipment failure, report it immediately to the maintenance team, providing detailed information about the fault, its timing, and the actions taken before the issue occurred. This will help the technicians diagnose and resolve the problem more efficiently.

The company will conduct random audits to ensure compliance with maintenance standards. It is strongly advised that operators perform a quick equipment check at the start of each shift and keep accurate records of all activities.

Robot Management Guidelines

Operators must strictly follow the maintenance schedule and operate the equipment according to the standard procedures. Any malfunction should be reported promptly, including the time of failure, the symptoms observed, and the operator's actions prior to the incident. Accurate and detailed reporting ensures that maintenance teams can quickly identify and fix the issue, minimizing production downtime.

Maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation is essential for smooth and safe operation of the welding robot system.

Fiber Optic Splicing Tray

Our Fiber Optic Splice Trays are made of ABS, light in weight and is RoHS compliant. It mainly is used for optical fiber storage and fiber optic fusion protection, easy to operate and simple to install and uninstall. The Fiber Splice Trays are stackable and can be mounted using two #6 screws; they can be used one on top of another to form a layer structure inside the fiber optic enclosures.

Usually fiber optic splice trays are used inside the Fiber Enclosures, optical fiber glass inside the fiber tray can be melt with any other strand optical fiber in the tray, thus different fiber optic cables can be melt connected directly via the tray, optical cable fiber can also be melted with the fiber optic pigtail end, and via pigtail it can connect out to other fiber optic equipment. The tray expands fiber splice capabilities as well as provides the splicing location for the fiber optic cables. we have ready stock of this series products for immediate shipment.
