Water circulation: Verify that the cooling water system is operating correctly. 5. Test TCP: It's recommended to use a test program and run it after each shift to ensure accuracy. II. Weekly Inspection and Maintenance 1. Clean the robot joints thoroughly. 2. Check the TCP accuracy and recalibrate if needed. 3. Inspect the lubricant level in the gearboxes. 4. Verify the zero position of each robot axis. 5. Clean the filter behind the welder tank. 6. Clean the air inlet filter. 7. Remove any debris from the torch nozzle to prevent blockage in the water circuit. 8. Clean the wire feeding components, including the feed rollers, pressure rollers, and guide tubes. 9. Inspect the hose bundle and wire guide hose for wear or damage; consider removing and cleaning with compressed air. 10. Confirm the torch safety system is working and that the emergency stop button functions properly. III. Monthly Inspection and Maintenance 1. Lubricate all robot axes. For axes 1 to 6, apply white lubricating oil (Oil No.: 86E006). 2. Apply butter to the RP positioner and RTS rail grease nipples (Oil No.: 86K007). 3. Add gray conductive grease to the blue grease fitting on the RP positioner (Oil No.: 86K004). 4. Lubricate the feeding roller needle shaft with a small amount of butter. 5. Clean the torch assembly and refill the air motor lubricant using regular oil. 6. Use compressed air to clean the control cabinet and welder. 7. Check the coolant level in the welder tank and top up with distilled water mixed with a small amount of industrial alcohol. 8. Complete all weekly maintenance tasks in addition to the above steps. IV. Responsibility and Documentation The operator is responsible for performing all scheduled maintenance tasks. A detailed record must be kept for every maintenance session. In case of equipment failure, report it immediately to the maintenance team, and provide a clear description of the fault, including the time it occurred, the symptoms observed, and the actions taken prior to the failure. Cooperation with maintenance personnel is essential to restore production as quickly as possible. Random inspections will be conducted by the company to ensure compliance. It is strongly advised that operators perform a thorough check of the equipment at the start of each shift and document all observations. Robot Management Regulations Operators must strictly follow the maintenance schedule and operate the equipment according to the standard procedures. If a malfunction occurs, it should be reported promptly to the maintenance department, including the time, symptoms, and previous operations.
