1 Project Overview and Construction Objectives

Shaoxing Golden Age Mansion is located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, next to Meilong Lake and on the west side is Dizeng B5 Block Caizhi Mansion. The project consists of three high-rise buildings. The height of 25-300m2 hardcover storey is 4.5 meters, which can create an innovative superposition space, mainly 100 Above the square meters of office, the three buildings are A, B, C three buildings, are 19-storey buildings.

According to the requirements of the design drawings, this project needs to manage the power consumption of each power circuit in the power distribution box, such as the power box, lighting box, etc. of the Golden Age Building. The system passes the multifunctional energy meter, communication network and computer software. Realize the real-time data collection, data calculation, data statistics, power analysis, etc. of each electrical equipment during operation to ensure the safety and reliability of complex power supply and distribution systems, achieve rapid response to failures, and fully grasp the cost structure of energy consumption in buildings. To ensure the smooth implementation of energy-saving plans and measures; scientific and intelligent management, improve efficiency, reduce losses, and optimize operating costs. The system consists of station management layer, network communication layer and field device layer. The system requires to minimize the centralized data collection device to ensure the system's communication reliability.

2 Design of power management system

In the design of the monitoring system, full consideration was given to the characteristics of the building itself, as well as the actual structure of the power system, the actual load capacity of the power system, and other factors, and then a reasonable selection of monitoring equipment, which is conducive to reducing the cost of system operation, but also Facilitate the realization of system functions.

The Shaoxing Golden Age Mansion consists of 19-storey buildings, all of which are office buildings and hotel-style apartments. The electricity consumption of the entire building mainly consists of power consumption in offices, hotel apartments, and electricity in the public section. In the design of distribution system, one distribution box per floor has been ensured to be responsible for the power consumption of the equipment on this floor, and the power supply of the distribution box is led to the substation. This ensures that the distribution system is complete and clear. Therefore, when we do electric energy measurement, we need to separately measure the inlet and outlet circuits on the floor and build a complete measurement system, because the power supply and feeder power are used for the distribution link. The sum of consumption errors should be within a reasonable range. The in-line energy metering is used as a primary measurement, and the feeder energy measurement is a secondary measurement. The sum error of the primary and secondary metering values should be within a reasonable range, and the limit value is 2%. If the error exceeds a reasonable range, electricity consumption outside the metering system occurs, that is, stealing electricity and private use, which not only results in economic losses but also presents potential security risks. The establishment of a complete measurement system can promptly detect such abnormal power use.

2.1 Selection of metering equipment

The on-site metering part of the electric energy management system of the Golden Times Building in Shaoxing is realized by an electric energy metering meter. According to the characteristics of the electricity in and out of the line and the different electrical equipment, metering meters that meet their respective electrical characteristics are selected: Multi-function electronic metering meter, secondary access; three-phase outlet circuit using three-phase electronic ordinary meter, direct access; single-phase outlet circuit using single-phase electronic meter, direct access. All meters are rail-mounted, with a total of 1645 rail-mounted watt-hour meters in three buildings.

2.2 The composition of the power management system network

The system adopts a hierarchical and distributed system structure and is vertically divided into three layers: a monitoring layer, a communication network layer, and a field control layer. The system uses high-reliability industrial control computers and software and hardware systems, high-performance field bus technologies and network communication technologies, and the entire system is safe, stable, reliable, and easy to use and maintain.

The monitoring layer includes engineering stations and telecontrol communication stations, including monitoring computers, network switches, printers, UPS, and Acrel-3000 power management software. The software part has a good human-computer interaction interface. The data management protocol is used to read the communication management machine. The site's various types of data information are automatically calculated and processed to reflect the operating status of the site by means of graphs, digital displays, sounds, etc.; the energy metering management function is designed to conform to the user's report format, and the data in the report is strictly measured according to various standards. , build a complete measurement system, users only need to find and print, greatly facilitate the operation and improve work efficiency.

The communication network layer includes communication management machines, photoelectric converters, data collection boxes, and communication fiber networks. The network structure is shown in the figure below:

2.4 Software Function Design of Energy Management System

The system is designed according to the customer's actual needs and realizes a main wiring diagram interface display; electric parameter remote measurement and electric parameter crossing limit alarm; event recording; system operation abnormality monitoring; fault alarm and operation record; report query and printing; system load real-time , history curve, user rights management and other main functions.

Data collection and processing

Intelligent real-time, high-density real-time energy monitoring is achieved through technical means using high-precision smart meters and technical means to reduce the “running, running, dripping, and leaking” and measurement errors of energy use. Real-time monitoring of data returned by on-site instruments, reasonable control and early warning of electrical energy, timely detection and correction of power anomalies in operation, and processing at any time. Set the over-standard warning value of important equipment as required. When exceeding the standard, alert and record actively.

Energy sub-item, branch road measurement

The use of electricity (lighting sockets, power, etc.) consumption for itemized statistics, the implementation of sub-item reports to help users understand the consumption of various items of electricity consumption; statistics of electricity consumption in various regions, floors, and loops, accurate positioning of large consumers of electricity consumption , Formulate an energy-saving performance appraisal system to promote the effective implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction. Establish records of operation records for energy-intensive equipment, track and record the results of energy-efficiency analysis and evaluation during the operation of equipment, and combine equipment maintenance records to provide basis for equipment operation and maintenance.

Electricity management and measurement system construction

In order to realize the supervision of the power consumption of each loop of the Golden Age Building in Shaoxing, the system has designed a power management report. The system passes the collection of active power, according to the different names of the circuits. According to the principle of establishing a measurement system, daily reports, monthly reports, and annual reports are generated automatically. The power consumption of each incoming circuit and outgoing circuit is reflected in the same report, and the sum of the power consumption of the outgoing circuit is calculated. Line loop error, error percentage (whether the percentage of error is excessive), etc., help users to find this abnormal power problem in time.

At the same time, the power management system can inquire about the power consumption in a certain period of a certain loop, and can help the property to establish an effective energy management assessment system. Through the construction of the system and the establishment of the system, the energy-saving awareness of the management staff of the companies that have settled in the enterprises has been greatly improved, and the energy consumption of the company’s management office has been effectively saved.

3 Significance of Application of Energy Management System in Power Supply and Distribution Design

In summary, the power management system helps power units to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and reduce operating costs. The power management system can effectively ensure power grid management efficiency and reduce power operation costs. It also becomes an indispensable and important component in power supply and distribution design. section. The power management system's functions such as communication, fault alarm, and data storage and recording make the staff more convenient in practical work. Through the man-machine interface, the operating status of the power system can be directly known and the operating instructions can be rapidly transmitted. The transmission of data by devices is achieved through network transmission. Therefore, different power management systems can be designed with different networking modes to ensure that data information can be transmitted quickly and accurately. On the other hand, the use of energy management systems in the design of buildings and enterprises' distribution systems should be based on actual conditions.

The establishment of power management systems in business buildings, office buildings and other places can realize the sub-item, branch, and sub-area management of electric energy measurement within the building. It can not only accurately show the power status of the circuit, but also has network communication and other functions. Computers, serial port servers and other equipment are combined to timely display the operating status of each distribution circuit in the building. When the load of the power system in the building exceeds the standard, the power management system can quickly alarm and issue voice prompts. In addition, the energy management system can also generate statistical information such as reports and graphs, which facilitates the analysis of power consumption in various parts of the building and makes the power activities in the building more secure, thus ensuring the safety of people in the building and improving office work. Personnel work efficiency.
